Returns and refunds do not apply to digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks). These are instant downloads and therefore not returnable.

For physical goods (paperbacks and hardbacks), there is no refund or return given for change of mind. Faulty items may be returned if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking) and provide photographic proof of the damaged goods.

For refund inqueries of faulty physical goods, please email lindzee@lindzeearmstrong.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject line "returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return, along with photographs showing the damage. If the item is faulty, we will refund or resend your goods - your choice. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
